The “2” denotes a Quad Source product which means that it is manufactured in two front-end diffusion locations and in two back-end assembly locations. Note that when placing standard orders for a Quad Sourced product, the sourcing of the material between the four different combinations is at NXP’s discretion. This implies that the source for a particular batch cannot be pre-determined.
The “T” visible on the label on the ESD bag denotes SSMC Singapore diffusion fab.
The “X” denotes ASEN Suzhou assembly fab.
