Hello, we developed a board using MRF6S24140HR3. The chip now is in obsolescence and we are searching for an alternative chip in the mean time; next year we plan to use the BLF2425 140W version.
By comparison with MRF6S24140HR3, MHT1000HR5 seems very very similar with exactly the same evaluation board with same layout and same components; there are only minor differences (for example, in ESD specifications).
The question is : can we use MHT1000HR5 in place of MRF6S24140HR3 in our board, expecting similar performaces?
