For NXP PA: AFSC5G35D37, AFSC5G26D37, what is the maximum IBW(Instantaneous BW) for the PAs supported?
Video bandwidth (VBW) of AFSC5G35D37 is 300MHz and of AFSC5G26D37 is 150MHz.
VBW is defined as IMD Third Order Intermodulation Inflection Point.
IMD3 level is measured using two tone testing. The tones frequency separation is increased starting from 100kHz or lower to find the delta at which:
1. The frequency of | IMD3U – IMD3L | > 1.0 dB
2. The frequency when IMD3 is +- 1dB from original (at 100kHz etc.)
VBW = 3*(Delta Freq/2)

Hi,
Thanks for the reply, my follow up question is:
What is the maximum wide band signal bandwidth supported (and can be linearized using DPD) by both PAs? Alternatively, what is the maximum bandwidth supported by both PAs as per the 5G New Radio Standard definitions.

Can someone answer the above question. We are waiting for an answer:
