How to use archived model in ads ?

Hi,

I don't know if this the right place to ask my question. 

I want to use non model transistor such as mrf286, and i found it here, but archived and suitable for window 98.

My question is how i can use this old model for new operating system, such as windows 7 or 10.

Note. "When using these libraries be advised that Application Support is not available for archived versions of LDMOS Model Libraries."

I think that the OS version is not a problem. There is a good chance that application can run in Win7 environment. Otherwise, you can install virtual Windows 98, Windows 2000 or Windows NT 4.0 to run simulation.

The main hindrance is that this archived model is provided for Agilent's ADS v1.5.0601. It can not be used with newer ADS versions.
