Hi,

I want to use the GPIOs on PN5190. Am I here right ?

Using the App examples i wanted to toggle a LED connected to the GPIO. Though i set the GPIO on High none of the LEDs flashed which make me doubt the assumption that those are the GPIO outputs for the Kinetic MCU K82 121BGA :

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Please Download SW6594 and then go to the next path: ...\SW6594\PNEV5190B_Baseboard\02.Schematic\. Open the SPF-X-PNEV5190B_A1 file and you will find this schematic on the 4th page.

Best Regards,
Fabian

Hello, my name is Fabian, I've been assigned to support your case.
Thank you for your interest in our products
Yes, you can access the K82 MCU directly using the 20pin JTAG-SWD connector. Also, it is possible to use the SDK of the K82 and toggle the LED using the SDK functions.
Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Best Regards,
Fabian

Hi @Fabian_R

Thanks for your response. Does it mean that I circled the right pins in the image ?

Yes, those pins are the GPIOs, accordingly to the SW6594 file (DNP-X-PNEV5190B_A1). You will see that those pins (TPx) correspond to the Spare GPIOs that are part of the PTD. Just be aware that the example you are using for toggling the GPIO does correspond to the reference from the schematic.

Thank you for your reply. What Application note did you use for the screen shot ? in the data sheet AN12550 the Schematics wasn't that clear.

Thanks in advance
