Where can I find the FMEA file of the following devices?

TJA1145T/FDJ

Hi Wenfeng,

Those CAN transceivers are not ASIL devices and have not been developed according to ISO26262. FMEDA is hence not available. For failure modes we can offer the pin FMEA. For the TJA1043T on page 96 of the AH1014. And for the TJA1145T/FDJ on page 65 of the attached AH1309.
