Hi,
I have part # BF1202. It's a MOSFET in SOT143B, but the barcode label is marked BF1202/L. I can not find any supporting documentation as the what the /L could signify. I reached out to NXP customer service, they could not find an answer and recommended I post the question on here. I am confident I have the correct part, but need to see if anyone can tell me what the /L is calling out. I have attached a photo of the label.
