One of our client needs advise on below, Can you please help, Your quick reply is highly appreciated thanks.

Query for Varactor Diode BB135. 

1. I proposed a model where I used varactor SMV1405-079LF, as it is not available on your site so I searched for a similar varactor and BB135 varactor is that one.
2. I attached the datasheet for both of them in this mail.
3. For my proposed model I have to vary the reverse biased voltage, hence a proper table similar as SMV1405-079LF varactor's datasheet, table 4 (highlighted) is required for BB135 varactor also.
