Hi Wang,
I'm sorry but I've been unable to re-produce your problem.
The MKE devices require a slightly different unsecure sequence which does interfere with the device auto-detection.
However, manually selecting the device and programming with mass-erase as described above seems to work fine with the several devices I tried.
Is there anything particular about the program in the chip you are using?
Note: I do not have a MKE04Z128 to check with only MKE02, MKE06 and MKE04 in a different size.
