USBDM and MC9S12C64

Hello, i got a USBDM programmer (usbdm-js16-swd-0001) whit 4.12.1 firmware installed.

I run the apllication hcs12 programmer, it correctly detect mcu as mc9s12c64 but every time i try to program flash i got the same error :

Programming of the target flash failed!

Reason: Internal program error - please report. 

I've tried any thing but no way to flash, can someone please help me?

Try making a Project for Programming your MC9S12C64 in CodeWarrior 5.2, it has additional scripting for such Processors, You can also try Programming it using USBDM HC12 Programmer app but this time try removing the oscillator of your target board...!
