P&E micro failed to open usb serial

I was trying to use CS10 to debug MQX virtual com exmaple, and CW10 found out the debugger firmware is too old, and need to upgrade, so I did the upgrade from 28.2 to 29.0, and After the upgrade, The Terminalwindow program failed to open UBS serial port.

How can I solve this issue?

What board are you using? Which port are you looking for?

Do you mean a com port from the OSBDM or something else?
