cannot password protect Ntag213 on NXP tagwriter

Hello 

I am facing issue while doing password protect on NXP tagwriter android application. my tag gets detected, normal read/write works, soft protect also works but when I try doing password protect it gives me error saying "Store failed. Not valid NTAG21x product". 
please someone give me suggestions.

Note: I am using unused tags, device used is Samsung S23 ultra

Thanks for contacting us and using the NXP products.

According to your issue description, "soft protect" means you lock some blocks, right? if so, authentication is first required and then the card can be accessed.
