I have the reader in the subject and I'm using Windows 10 with correctly installed drivers for it, as it can be seen in the attachment. When I open TagXplorer application, it says that no reader is connected. Can anyone tell me what should I do?

This is solved somehow by restarting the computer after installing drivers. This topic can be closed.
