I am looking for a NTAG I2C plus module with antenna on same PCB, like one antenna module available with explorer kit. Is that kind of module available to buy in market separately?  And with CE certification?

I am looking for a NFC module(preferably NTAG I2C plus IC or similar) with on chip antenna, which can be directly interfaced with microcontroller for a product.

Please let me know, if you are aware of any such module.
