I am an Army officer. I do not have a tech background, just a vision. I need to develop an original, simple, and customizable software that programs NFC and activates web based mobile applications. I am in need of someone with in depth knowledge in NFC use and programming as a consultant, mentor, and possible partner. I have sat on this long enough and want to bring my ideas to life. Where can I find such a person(s)? Where do I begin and what do consultants like this expect to be brought to the table on my end, besides just an idea?
