Hi all,
We are using AR4100 chipset in our platform for Wi-Fi connectivity. But the range of the Wi-Fi module is very low(~10 meter only).
We have set the power mode to “Max Performance” and tested using different TX power values(0, 15, 60 using the shell command wmiconfig –settxpower xx). But we didn’t experience any change in the Wi-Fi range. Also it seems the command to get TX power is not implemented in the driver.
We would like to know:
Other Details
OS : MQX 4.0.2
Platform : K60

Hello Akhil,
Unfortunately we cannot provide a comprehensive answer; AR4100 is developed by our partner Qualcomm-Atheros, you need to contact Qualcomm directly.
