Modifying a font using GUI Converter Utility

I created a font using the GUI converter utility.  In the process I changed a couple of the special characters so they display a little better.  Now, I want to make a few more changes.  How, do I get the GUI converter utility to read in my already converted font?

I guess that utility is one way converter - images and fonts into data in ANSI C language.
