Does anybody have experience what thermal effects will be added if conformal coating would be applied on MPC5125YVN400 in TEPBGA-324 package (http://cache.freescale.com/files/shared/doc/package_info/98ASS23840W.pdf)?
Is any documentation existing, which is describing the impact e.g. on thermal resistance?
Does Freescale have any recommendations/guidelines concerning this topic?
