Hello!
I have chip shipped with S32R274RRUEVB board labeled as "PS32R274KAMMM 2N58R" and another chip "FS32R274KBMMM 2N58R".
Datasheet has part identification section but provided information doesn't match any of my chips: another extra letters in the label suffix present and there isn't description for first capital P or F.
Could you describe what every symbol in the identification of my chips means? Thank you.

P - prototype
F - fully qualified
Ordering part number is not exactly the same what is printed on the chip.
If you remove ‘K2’ in the middle (Fab & Mask revision), you will get what is printed on the chip. ‘K2’ is replaced by mask number on the second line ‘2N58R’.
For instance part number FS32R274KBK2MMM => FS32R274KBMMM 2N58R
Whole part number from left:
F - fully qualified
S32R274 - product identification
K - performance
B - configuration
K2 - Fab & Mask revision
M - temperature suffix
MM - package suffix
Thank you!

What is "A" configuration and what a difference between prototype and fully qualified chip?
