Hello,

Does anyone have hands-on experience with MPC5668G dual-core EVB?

I am starting a new Project and have this EVB delivered recently.

1. Do i need to make any changes in Default Jumper Settings to start using the board, say for running simple toggle_led code?

2. We are using Codewarrior IDE v2.8 for MPC56xx along with PE Mico for flashing and Debugging. Am i missing something?

Any sort of help is highly appreciated.

Regards

Ravikiran

Hi,

the LEDs (DS4 - DS7) are not connected to GPIOs on MCU. You need to connect PH10 pin (pin 10 on connector P28) to any pin on connector P15...

Hi,

it is not necessary to change default jumper settings. You can use attached project for initial tests. It was written in CodeWarrior 2.7 and tested with PEmicro. It will work also in CW 2.8.

Hello Lukas,

Thank you for the example project. Do you have a project for blinking/toggling user LED's?

Hello Lukas,

Thanks again. But when i flash the attached code onto the board, i dont see LED toggling. Do i need to make any changes in Jumper connections? or connect the LED port to some pin?

Thank you Lukas. It worked. I had by mistake connected PH5 to P15 which was giving me LED high all the time.
