Make device as OEM Production to use JTag Password

Hello Expert

I programmed the "Life cycle slot" of UTEST area in order to make my device to OEM Production mode.

[before]

[After (wanted)]

After some trials, my device got unlimited reset even if I detached the JTag debugger.

How can I check if the Life Cycle went to OEM Productin successfully ?

And why my device got endless reset even if without JTag debugger ?

The registers of before programming the UTEST is like below

Hi,

I do not use any SW to modify it. I have full understanding on how to create DCF records as I am daily working with them.

But for you will be much easier to use SW we have created to ease customer works with DCF:
