MPC5777C MMO3 vs MMO4

Hi,

Is it possible to differentiate between the MPC5777C MMO3 and MMO4 variant at runtime? The latter part is capable of running the core at up to 300 MHz.

I compared the SIU MIDR register for both MMO3 and MMO4 parts, and in both cases I get a value of 0x5777E010.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to distinguish it SW way because there is no different register content for that.
