MPC5777C 300mhz

the new 300mhz SPC5777C has come out, but i have a question:

when i work at 300mhz, EBI can not work at 75Mhz(max 66mhz).

So i should work at 50Mhz with EBI. is it right?

Or is possible manage PLL and set 66Mhz in EBI and 300Mhz for CPU together?

Hi, I have recently obtained the same question from other customer so I have confirmation for design that there is no characterization information that would allow us to increase the EBI max frequency at this time.

It is possible EBI could run at higher frequency (at 75MHz), but we cannot guarantee it to you and such operation would be out of specification.

Because of divider granularity for 300MHz, EBI will have to run at 50MHz (in certain cases it may not be an issue if it is only needed to remove some wait-states on external device).

How has this topic evolved? I was about to replace a MPC5674F with a MPC5777C in a project where the EBI (critical for our overall software performance) runs at 66MHz. I thought the 300MHz MCU would be the natural choice but I expected to be able to use it with a 66MHz (or faster) EBI frequency.

in my application a need more performance and i do not know how to do

burst don't work

dual core don't work when i use ebi
