Hi NXP Expert,

请教一下如果想用JTAG读flash中的内容，有推荐的PC软件吗？客户用S32DS for Power读，读到的都是？，请问一下这是什么原因呢？

Hi,

if censorship is not enabled and if you use debug interface from Pemicro (Multilink, Cyclone OpenSDA), you can read the memory using S32DS like this:

Or you can buy PROGPPCNEXUS from Pemicro:

There's also free version limited to 64K for programming:

Or you can use programmers/debuggers from other vendors.

No, you would not be able to establish the JTAG connection ever. This looks rather like ECC errors. Most likely, it was caused by unexpected termination of erase operation. To recover, you can try to erase the flash.
