MPC5676R EMC-Layout - like in AN2127 not possible

Hi,

I would like to follow the layout recommendations for the MPC56x from AN2127. However my controller (MPC5676R) shows a different pinout. Regarding to the datasheet it is not possible to connect like shown in the application note. Please see the pictures attached. The pinout is taken from the datasheet (MPC5676R Microcontroller Data Sheet, Rev. 4) and the second picture is taken from the application note AN2127

How is that thought to be done?

Seems like there is an failure in one of the two documents?

Hello,

EMC guidlines is quite an old document. I do not know if in that times we had 516 BGA packages.

Always stick with datasheet first, before following any application note.

 But there is version for MPC55xx devices:
