MPC565 erase with CW6.6 Error

Hi My Friends.

i am trying to erase the MPC565 (56 Mhz) with CW6.6 and i have an error that it's screen shot is attached . 

the MPC565 crystal is 20 MHz . and .cfg file is attached too .

my error is "the CFP can not write target memory at location 0x3f8000 "

my programmer is P&E USB multilinks . 

is there any one help me??

i could solve reset problem . but i can not program erase or debug yet . i have "unknown protocol error" on CW6.6

What is the voltage on your VFLASH pin?

Hi Lucid,

The cfg that you originally attached does some configuration of the chip selects for external flash. Are you trying to program internal flash or external flash memory? Make sure you are loading the correct script for the memory.

my problem is not with flash 

i can not access to CALRAM .

the MPC565 is continuously in reset mode is it normal??

it is first time that we want run this board . the error is for CALRAM. 

B0EPEE and EPEE is high in my circuit . 

all reset pins (PORESET,HRESET,SRESET) are continuously Active . 

is there any solution for my problem???

Hi,

can you read the flash using a debugger? Has censorship been enabled? Did you try to use newer CodeWarrior 8.7?

1- yes i can read (just read no write) flash .

2- i don't know . how can i  check it?

3-yes i try with 8.7 but it did not work  like 6.6

If you can read the flash, it's not censored.

Did it work before? If yes, what were the last operations?

What about B0EPEE pin?
