MPC5642 Package pin no. 88 and 89

Hi,

I am using XPC563M_XPC564A_176QFPMINI-MODULE with MPC5642A microcontroller on an XPC56XX EVB Rev.C.

I would like to know how to make CAN_B connection. I found these package pin no.s as 88 and 89 but I can not find the physical Pin on motherboard.

Can you help me find it? Any document to reference this connection would do.
