How to find exact MPC5775K manual with chip number?

HI

I have two kinds of MPC5775K.

1) chip number : PPC5775KMMY3 2NP76 CTQZE1632A,

2) chip number : PPC5775KMMY3B 0N76P CTERR1513A.

when I received 1), I received MPC5775KRM Rev 2. and some example sources too.

and I found MPC5775KRM Rev 6.3 in this web site.

There was some difference between 2 RMs.
for example, WGM's CTRL register's CLENR

I tried to find the right information for that chip, but I could not find it.

somebody help me.

Hi,

0N76P and 2N76P are silicon mask sets.

0N76P is the first initial mask set, 2N76P is the latest one. So, use the 2N76P and the latest reference manual which is rev 6.4:

But anyway, MPC5775K is not recommended for new designs. It is recommended to use S32R:
