In order to enable the RappID bootloader.
It needs to program the C:\Freescale\RAppIDBL\RBF_Files\MPC5744P.rbf file into the MCU.
User can use S32DS to program the rbf file to MCU. After that the Rappid bootloader PC utility can communicate with the MCU.
