USB no longer builds with MCUXpresso SDK 2.7.0

I upgraded from MCUXpresso SDK 2.6.2. to 2.7.0 and now usb_usrt_drv.c fails to compile because fsl_uart,h is missing and many definitions like uart_handle_t, UART_TYPE, UART_BASE_PTRS, and others along with it. Is there an updated usb_uart_drv.c?

The driver for the uart is called fsl_lpuart. Also the uart.h can be found at the components folder. You can drag these files from the sdk folder to your project.
