I want to measure BLE carrier signal, then develop phase-based ranging solution on MCUXpresso IDE.

What documentation or API should I reference? or any sample application?

You can download our SDK from this link, please input KW45 to choose correct board

and will find this API guide: Bluetooth® Low Energy Host Stack API Reference Manual.pdf file located in: 

SDK\docs\wireless\Bluetooth

Which SDK are you using?

My SDK is:SDK_2_12_4_KW45B41Z-EVK

And also please check whether you can see this choice when you build SDK.

If you could not choose it or even can not see this choice, please contact the Distributor or our NXP Sales(Who/where do you buy our EVK) to ask permission access.

As I know, firstly need your company to sign NDA with NXP.

And after that apply secure files access.

The process might need some time to finish.
