Hi,
I'm investigating if I can use the MIMRT1024 for my new project.
I want to build a MIDI keyboard that connects using USB.
I searched this forum, but it is not clear to me if support for a 'USB MIDI device' is available for the MIMXRT1024 device.
So is there?
If so, where can I find that?
If not, is there some third party support?
Thanks @ZhangJennie for the link!
I also found the Teensy board (Arduino like) that has a MIMXRT1062 chip. It comes with an USB MIDI example. I tested it and it worked.
Can I use that some how in combination with the AN above to create a USB MIDI for MCUExpress? Or does MCUExpress things completely different and it it difficult to merge with some other USB MIDI implementation?
Hello simmania
Unfortunately we don't have 'USB MIDI device'. All available USB demos are enclosed in SDK package:

Hope this will help you,

Is there any USB firmware that we can adapt? E.g. a USB Audio Class Device?
I tried your link, but I can not select a MIMXRT1024 MCU. So I do not understand how to use that.
Any help to find out if and how we can create this USB MIDI product using a MIMXRT1024 would be very welcome!
Hi simmania
In SDK you may find usb_device_audio_generator and usb_device_audio_speaker, and we also provide an AN for that topic, you may refer to
https://www.nxp.com.cn/docs/en/application-note/AN4665.pdf
for more details.
Hope this will help you.
