Datasheet of PTB36241G

Hello,

I have a question about the datasheet of PTB36241G

I see the Vth(i) has two value: 75mV (min) and 150mV (max). It mean: The design has only one Vthreshold and it between 75mV and 150mV or the design has two Vtheshold, the signal will be detected when it > 150mV, and won't be detected when it < 75mV?
