I have a weird issue with a LPCXpresso 1769 board, mounted on a protoboard. In case the 1769 is powered over the 3.3V pin only, it seems that LPCLink part gets powered as well, causing the Reset line to go low. Interestingly, power goes away e.g. when I put the cap on the JTAG pins and remove it, so perhaps something gets charged and is discharged by those kind of actions. Is the circuit so sensitive? Is there any advise on how to deal with this?
