LPC1114 Wrong Part ID?

I just built some more boards with LPC1114FHN33/301 parts.  The last batch all had part ID 0x0444102B, which is correct for the /301.  This new batch is also labeled /301 but has a part ID of 0x2540102B.  Isn't that supposed to be a /302 part?

No big deal as I was able to adjust for it in my custom loader, but beware that some chips may be going out with the wrong part ID.

Ok.  Wasn't in my user manual.  It must have been recently updated.
