As of today the answer is no. Within the current release of LPCXpresso IDE version 8.1.4 we only provide SPIFI flash drivers for the LPC18xx and LPC43xx series of micro controllers.
However a new generic SPIFI flash driver for the LPC40xx series will be included within the next release of LPCXpresso IDE (expected mid 2016).
Due to the requirement to boot the MCU from internal flash, projects created to utilise SPIFI flash will typically span both flash devices and use SPIFI flash for data storage.
