I am working on test development for a board with LPC55S28JBD100 SoC and PLX2162PC82029B(ES part number)/LX2162RE82029B(production part number). We are planning to use JTAG boundary scan since both devices are boundary scan complaint.
It would also be great if you can provide information on how to set each device into boundary scan mode.

the BSDL file that we downloaded for LPC55s28 seems to be incorrect.
It shows that it has 200+pins .
The most the LPC55sxx has is 100 pin.

The BSDL file is include all pins information for the die of LPC55Sxx.
But, only valid pins on LQFP or VFBGA package can be used for BSDL test tools, for example, JTAG Live.
User may ignore the rest of un-used pins.

For the PLX2162, please contact your distributor or direct sales representative as this part is not yet publicly available.
