I have a project where I want to use the LCPopen "LWIP+FreeRTOS TCP Echo" example to start off. Since I am using gcc I wrote my own Makefile for it.
The problem I am having is, that it will throw a Hard Fault, when accessing the net_if struct. I guess this has something to do with alignment, but I cant fix it.
I'll try to supply all info to get to the root of this:

The project is the LPCopen LPC17XX_40XX freeRTOS+LWIP example running on a LPC1778
Compliler is CodeSourcery GCC 4.5.2
