Hello,

I'm involved in some project where I'm using MCUXpresso IDE. I use this IDE for programming and flashing MCU. My question is - how can I find out how this IDE flashes MCU? I need this information to do flashing process from command line (not from IDE). I'd like to make some makefile which will be able to flash given MCU without using any IDE.

In other words - is the flashing MCU process doing by some external binary or maybe it is embedded in eclipse MCUXpress IDE somehow and it is not possible to extract it as a standalone program?

This FAQ describes the command line flash programmer (same for MCUXpresso and LPCXpresso)

Using the command line flash programming tool

However, you might also want to consider the open source lpc21isp tool
