kinetis k82 pdb speed

Hi 

I'm using a k82 cpu and i cant get it to trigger faster than 600us no mather what the settings are. I have tried using both interrupt and dma but it gives the same result. Am i missing some important stuff? I can have it to go slower without any problems. 

What shall i try next?

Problem solved, the trigger was trigging but other stuff made it go slow.
