how to trim internal clock of MKE02Z64?

hi everyone,

I want to  trim internal clock of MKE02Z64. The development tools is cw10.6 and jlink. and how to do it through cw10.6?  such as HCS08

Unfortunately this feature is only integrated in P&E interface. JLINK does not include trim feature.
