how to setup processor in MCUexpresso for MK61FN1M0CAA12 WLCSP Package

Hi,

I have MK61FN1M0CAA12 with WLCSP package to develop my product design, I don't see any option in MCUxpresso or KDS to setup environment for this particular package? The similar mcu MK60xxx WLCSP also doesn't appear in both IDEs? Please help me out how to use this processor package in MCUxpresso or KDS? Thanks
