Understanding the clock and the tower board

I am trying to understand the clocking used on the tower board, currently I am using a TWR-K64F120M.

Eventually I want to move to a custom designed board with K64 processor. Is there any user guide which help me to understand the fll, pll and clocks how it works in Kinetis...
