Semihosting port problem

Hi everyone. 

I´m working on MCUXpresso IDE v11.5.0 and I´m using MKE02Z64VLD4 microcontroller and PEmicro Multilink Universal PEM5738A6 debugger.

When I build my project, I don´t have errors or warnings but when I try to debug it, this message appears: 

Could not connect to semihosting port due to connection timeout. Please check that the correct port number is configured.

Could someone help me?

Make sure you have configured Semihosting in the debugger launch configuration as below:

The other hint is: make sure you have selected a library with semihosting, e.g.

Hello, 

That seems a PEmicro issue, could you confirm if in the device manager the PEmicro is enumerated? Are you working on Windows or Linux OS? if is Windows, What is the version? Are you using a Virtual Machine? Did you install de drivers?
