What is the difference between these 2 prefixes?
The prefix PK stands for sample, non production series devices.
The devices with MK prefix are production series devices.
Are they functionally different? Buggy, etc. I noticed Digikey mostly has the PK
As far as I know they are not that different, only another Mask might be possible.
And for the different Masks Freescale provides different erratas.
