Overvoltage protection for TWR-KM34Z50M ADC inputs

Hello,

is there already an overvoltage protection included for the ADC inputs?

Or what would be the best way of implementing a protection? (the voltage may not exceed +-250mV)

Simply using two antiparallel diodes? -> Are there existing diodes with a forward bias of 250mV?

Thank you

Just as you mention antiparallel diodes could be a good protection I would also suggest a simple RC filter in order to avoid noise.

Have a nice day,
