MKW40Z reset waveform is strange

The board was made with MKW40Z. 
It did not work and the reset was appeared as an attachment
What's the problem?

Hi

Either you haven't loaded any code to flash or the code loaded causes a crash immediately.
This is typical for the reset line in these cases.
