MKL25Z128 NOR Flash

I want to interface NOR flash, with MKL25Z128 on SPI mode.

My query is how much maximum/minimum Memory i can do.

Hi,

Using the SPI mode to connect external SPI Flash, there doesn't with the memory size limitation.

The external SPI Flash memory doesn't add to the KL25 memory map.
