I've never used Kinetis mcu's before. Can I capture input with PTC5 pin of MK60DN controller? What is the resolution? Can I measure at 0.5ns resolution?Note: I will use it to detect and measure a signal pulse that is 5 ns wide.

No, you can't measure in 0.5ns resolution. Because 0.5ns need 2Ghz sample rate. But K60DN max speed is 150M. Timer hasn't such a high clock source.
