Every production Kinetis chip has a unique 128bit ID code assigned, accessed as SIM_UIM/MH/ML/L.

Not sure what you are asking regarding 'encryption'.  Chip security features discussed in that so-named chapter, and within the 'Flash Configuration Field Description' of the chip's RM.
